Health and Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of, and making choices toward, a more energetic and successful existence. This means being proactive in reducing and/or preventing illness. Physical activity does not need to be strenuous to have benefits. Moderate physical active like a 30 minute brisk walk, five times a week is a great way to get started.
