The Athletic Club team of Personal Trainers are highly qualified, experienced, and professional. We require our team of Personal Trainers to have related university education and industry renowned certifications. In a rapidly changing fitness industry, we provide consistent cutting edge training and education, so our trainers are proficient with the latest research in the field. The Athletic Club utilizes a team effort in conjunction with our Fitness Consultants, Wellness Educators, Nutrition Specialists and Personal Trainers. Progress Tracking
The Athletic Club provides a unique Fitness Consultation Program where our trainers and fitness consultants provide flexibility and strength limitation testing, measurement of blood pressure and resting heart rate, muscular endurance assessments, total body measurements, a body composition analysis, a cardio-vascular assessment to evaluate how efficiently your heart and lungs function during exercise. The Athletic Club Personal Trainers and Fitness Consultants work together to consistently monitor your results. Each client is provided with a training journal and encouraged to track their workouts and daily nutritional intake for progression and consultation purposes. After the realization of our clients needs, The Athletic Club trainers provide short term and long term goals, as a tool to keep our clients motivated and on track for progressive and permanent results.

The Athletic Club provides state of the art facilities including exclusive Personal Training Studios for our clients. The Personal Training Studios are equipped with cutting edge equipment including Kinesis, Power Plate, advanced training equipment and sport agility training tools. Our clients are able to train comfortably in the privacy of our Personal Training Studios. Additional amenities include guest privileges to all Athletic Club Facilities, 100's of pieces of cardio equipment, huge variety of group Fitness Classes (Spinning, Yoga, Hot Yoga, Pilates and more), women's only facilities with Xpress Circuit Training, Salt Water Pool & Group Fitness Studio, unlimited use of Aquatic Fitness Programs, Spa Facilities including Saunas & Steam Room, members lounge, juice bar & pro shop.
